Each paper must have at least one author registration by 15 May 2023.

All registrations will cover welcome reception, lunch (3-5 July), and gala dinner (3 July).

The courtesy tour to Halong Bay on July 6 is only for full-rate registrations (i.e., P1, P2, and P3).

Please note that one of the authors must give a presentation of the paper at the conference. Papers that are not presented in person at the conference will not be included in the official proceedings and will not be published on IEEE Xplore.
